With all of these features you know that we know our bumpers. We also know our customers, and we know you want the process of installing your bumper to be as easy as possible.
If you have a few basic hand tools and some time you are ready to install your bumper. We have done the welding and drilling for you, and even provided all of the hardware you will need. And to keep the nice sleek look of your truck our bumpers are within two inches of the factory profile while most of our competitors can be as far out as twelve inches. Fusion Bumpers is a family owned business located in Payette, Idaho. Fusion manufactures premium after-market custom truck bumpers for most major truck brands.
We charge a set shipping fee of $349.95 per delivery within mainland USA (HINT: save on shipping by ordering more than 1 item at a time). Since each product is custom made to order, current build time for any bumper is 6-8 weeks. Once your item has shipped out, we will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number.
In our flat-rate shipping per our website, ONLY curbside delivery is offered. Due to the size of the shipment, lift-gate services are unfortunately not available for delivery. We suggest having 2-4 able-bodied people there to unload your bumper(s) from the trailer. Due to freight carrier regulations / insurance liability, the delivery driver is not responsible for or required to assist in moving your merchandise off their truck and/or to your residence or business, they will only move the package to the back of the trailer. Any attempt to use a lift gate or white glove service will result in additional charges from the carrier and will be your responsibility to pay as the customer.
Any damaged or short shipments must be reported to BadBoyBumpers.com Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the order. For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 48 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition.
All bumpers are custom made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged. After your order for a custom bumper is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with a custom agreement form. Your order will not begin processing until the Custom Agreement form has been completed and submitted to us. All sales with a completed custom form are final.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations requested before the Custom Agreement form has been completed and received by Bad Boy Bumpers may be cancelled without penalty. Cancellations requested after the Custom Agreement form has been completed and received by Bad Boy Bumpers, but prior to shipping may result in a 30% cancellation fee as these bumpers are custom-built to order and may not be re-sellable. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled and returns or exchanges are not available for custom-made products.
